The program was launched in 2005 in Moscow University of the Russian Ministry of Interior, awarding the best university cadets with Foundation scholarships. The program’s mission is to support gifted, educated young people, who decided to choose a career in law-enforcement bodies.
To be eligible for the scholarship a cadet or an attendee of the Russian Ministry of Interior universities must have at least 75% of excellent grades with the rest of them only good ones. Organizational skills are also welcome.
The 3,000 Rubles monthly scholarships are granted to the selection contest winners, who have successfully passed tests and won in role-play games. Winners selection criteria: high motivation, vigor, communication skills, adaptability, and creativity.
Each year 120 cadets are Foundation scholarship recipients.
